This Privacy Policy explains how Puulse Marketing Inc, a corporation doing business as Puulse AI ("Puulse AI", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects information about you when you visit our websites, submit a form, or receive communications from us.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you submit a form on https://grow.puulse.ai/ or elsewhere on our sites, we collect:

• your name
• your business name
• your email address
• your mobile phone number
• any details you provide about your business or website requirements
• your consent record — the exact consent language shown to you, the date and time of submission, the IP address used, and the page URL

Information collected automatically. When you visit our sites we may collect device and browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP address, using cookies and similar technologies including analytics and advertising pixels.

Billing information. If you purchase a subscription, payment card details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• build, deliver and display the free website preview you requested
• contact you by phone, SMS and email about your request, your preview and your appointments
• confirm, remind about, and reschedule appointments
• provide, host, secure and maintain your website
• process payments and administer your subscription
• send you promotional offers about our own services, where you have consented
• respond to your enquiries and provide customer support
• detect and prevent fraud, spam and abuse
• comply with our legal obligations, including maintaining consent records

3. Text messaging (SMS) and your mobile information

If you provide your mobile phone number and give express written consent, we will send you recurring text messages as described in our Terms & Conditions. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information are subject to the sharing terms described in this policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We share mobile numbers only with the licensed telecommunications providers and messaging platforms strictly necessary to transmit the messages you asked to receive, and those providers are contractually prohibited from using your number for any other purpose.

You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us at notifications@puulse.ai or +1 (866) 844-3088. Reply HELP to any message for assistance.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers. Hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, CRM, analytics and payment processing vendors who process data on our behalf under contract and only on our instructions.
• Legal compliance. Where required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Puulse AI, our customers or the public.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy continuing to apply.

We do not share your information with third parties for those third parties' own marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics and advertising, including the Meta (Facebook) pixel. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and for a reasonable period afterwards. Consent records for telephone and SMS communications are retained for at least five (5) years after consent is given or withdrawn, in order to evidence compliance with applicable law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• request access to the personal information we hold about you
• request correction of inaccurate information
• request deletion of your information
• opt out of marketing communications
• opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information)
• receive a copy of your information in a portable format

Opting out of communications. Reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or ask us during any call to be placed on our internal do-not-call list.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact notifications@puulse.ai and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

Our sites and the websites we build may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies separately.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
